The phases in which we structure our work are:
- Definition of objectives: determination of the objectives of the project in terms of the scope of the action, costs and income, deadlines, quality, human resources and the elements that make up the project. In this phase, ES-GESTIÓN staff and the client hold working meetings to establish the criteria that will define the project.
- Project planning:collaboration in the drafting of the technical preliminary project, risk analysis and adjustment of cost estimates, income, deadlines and quality, as well as the schedule of the different actions.
- Detailed planning: collaboration in the drafting of the construction project and development of the detailed resource planning.
- Execution:the client is kept informed of the evolution of the project.
- Completion and handover of the work.
- Analysis of opportunities for sale or exploitation:once the work has been completed, analysis of opportunities for sale of the works to third parties or management of the exploitation.
